Scientist Observe!

We used our sense of "sight" today. We observed our classroom through magnifying glasses. Ask your child what they observed today!

Orientation Highlights

- breakfast and lunch will be free to all students. that doesn't mean it is required. breakfast is at 8am. The school day begins at 825.

- uniforms are white, blue or green polos. khakis or navy bottoms. we will be wearing these Mon-Thurs. Friday is a dress down day.

-if your child's way to get home has changed since Friday, please let me know ASAP. Dismissal begins at 250.

-Be looking for the BEE folder (yellow plastic folder) in the backpack. remember this goes home and comes back to school everyday.

-whenever you can (if you haven't already) bring in your supplies so we can put them away and start using them =)

Back to School

Attention past and future students! School will be here before we know it. It's that time of year when school supplies go on sale. Today I went to Walmart, Target, and the Dollar Tree and got a TON of stuff.

If anyone is like me, it is easy to get carried away with the shopping. Below I have found some blogs that have good apps, websites, coupons and tips on saving for back to school.

Some things that I know teachers run out of often are glue sticks, printer paper and crayons

Today we drove over the bridge and checked out the view from Marin Headlands. Such an amazing city.

Stanley in San Fran!

What a beautiful day in San Fran! Stanley, Mr. Stuart and I had a great day! We went on a small hike to view ocean beach, rented bikes and rose across the Golden Gate Bridge. And this evening went to the Alcatraz Tour. Fabulous day!

Spring Pictures

Due to a miscommunication with the photography company the only students that were able to take pictures today were the students that had paid for the pictures. In effort to capture the student’s pretty and handsome smiles I went ahead and took pictures of the students.
